Made from a proprietary mixture of crushed Amakusa stone, each piece carries its own subtle character, cherished for its individuality.
Modular by Design
HASAMI PORCELAIN is a stackable, modular ceramics line designed in Venice Beach, California by Taku Shinomoto and made in Hasami, Japan since 2010. This coffee pot is fully stackable with other 5 5/8" diameter pieces — pair it with the Coffee Dripper HP030 to create an elegant modular pour-over set.

About HASAMI PORCELAIN
Made in the historic town of Hasami, Nagasaki prefecture, Japan. Designer Taku Shinomoto — originally from Tokyo, now based in Venice Beach, California — brings a modernist sensibility to one of Japan’s most celebrated ceramic traditions. He has also designed the brass line S/N and continues to create furniture in Los Angeles.
